A dentist assistant has many duties to preform and here are
some things they might do,
seat patients in the treatment area
exposing and developing x-rays
taking impressions of teeth for study
polishing clinical crowns
providing assistance in the office with tasks
such as appointment scheduling, record keeping, telephone management, and
billing
Those are just some jobs a dental assistant has.

Education:
High school students interested in a career as a dental
assistant should take courses in biology, chemistry, and anatomy. Some states
require assistants to graduate from an accredited program and pass a state
exam. Most programs are offered by community colleges, take about 1 year to
complete, and lead to a certificate or diploma. Programs that last 2 years,
also offered in community colleges, are less common and lead to an associate’s
degree.
Reflection:
To me this job would be a job I wouldn’t want to have
because to me this is like a simple job and that’s what I don’t want I would
rather be the doctor than the assistant. So this would be a job I wouldn’t like to have.
