To me what John is trying to say that it doesn’t matter if you are a basketball player, it matters what kind of personality you have or what type of energy you bring. Like if you have a negative personality then you are bringing a negative energy towards people which will make you loose a basketball game. But if you have a positive energy towards others you will win a basketball game. So it’s all in your personality and the energy you bring towards others.
