It’s better to fail with honor than win by cheating. After all, if you fail with honor- you’re still a winner.

   

These two stories are a very good example for Sophocles quote. It shows how Malik Steward, lose to state championship, but had honor with him to go and shake his opponents dads hand. He failed, but he didn't cheat, he failed with honor. As to Roman Chapa he cheated miserable, just to win. To win for money, which indeed does not show honor, he choose the wrong and should be punished. He won but by cheating. Which isn't a honorable thing. An in people's eyes he is a cheating person who can't be trusted. Just did it for the money.

What this quote is telling me that i would prefer to fail with honor than succeed by cheating. This quote is very true like it's better to have honor than to cheat. An when you lose with honor people respect that. But when you cheat to win that's not very nice. Some people work so hard to win, for someone to come and cheat them off, and win. It becomes really unfair. And that's not choosing the right. An it's better to lose to something than to cheat your way up. When someone works hard to make it to the top it shows how much passion he has. For what he is doing. But when someone cheats their way up to the top is shows how unreliable, and a sore loser you are. An when people find out that you cheated it's going to be very pain full for them as for you too. It's best just to lose with honor than to win by cheating.

       Memorial Day Weekend

What i did for memorial day weekend was that i went to the beach. What i did on saturday was technically nothing. My family just went to the park to go and relax. And on Saturday we went to church, and came back home, and toward night we decide to go walk at the Santa Monica Pier. We just when to the pier, we went to a nearby mall, window shopping. And we saw many cool and great things at Santa Monica. On memorial Day we went to the beach again. But this time we went to get in. We went to Venice Beach, where we got in the water, and we had fun there. Once we were done getting in the water, we walked on the board side. Were they selled and had amazing things. There was people performing, as well as selling refreshments, and it was just so fun. One cool thing was that we paid to enter the freak show they have there. It was really crazy. We saw the world smallest guy, as well as the world's smallest girl. The monsters performed for us, there was a girl called the rubber girl, where she twistes her arm like five times, And once it's done it goes worse, then she pops her elbow making it go the opposite way. It was really insane.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a day on which those who died in active military service are remembered, traditionally observed on May 30 but now officially observed on the last Monday in May. The purpose of memorial day is that we honor men and woman who died during serving for the U.S Military. So they won't be forgotten.  Memorial Day is the last Monday of May, this year it falls on the 30th of May.

Ways to Show Honor:

1. Write a thank you note and send it overseas
2. Visit a local veterans Cemetery or a war ceremony
3. Visit and take cookies to a local Veterans Hospital
4. Go to a Memorial Day Parade, or watch the National Memorial Day Parade
5. Enjoy Freedom by enjoying time with the family
6. Fly the Flag
7. Donate to charity that helps support our Military
8. Volunteer

A few things i would do to show honor to our fallen heros is to display the american flag outside my house. I would also write a thank you note to our soldiers that are in combat. I will also give a moment of silence for our fallen soldiers.

What i understand about this quote is that when you're goals are good and correct. And you keep pursuing them, everything else is going to fall in order. An example would be to get into college. If you work hard and do your best in high school. You are most likely to get a scholarship. Which pays for all of your college. As you can see everything is falling into line. And when you do the right thing make sure to do it right. This mens that say you help[ somebody clean, you make sure it gets clean. An do the job with a positive attitude. When you do something right, but don't have a positive attitude, the job turns out to look bad, and it looks worse than when you got there. That's why is best to choose the right, and make sure it's right.

Wellness Specialist

Duties and Responsibility:

Health educators teach people about behaviors that promote wellness. They develop and implement strategies to improve the health of individuals and communities. Community health workers collect data and discuss health concerns with members of specific populations or communities.

Salary: $43,840

Education:

In order to become a wellness specialist you need a bachelor's degree in health. You will also need to get in a health program, which includes an internship. When you finish your school you can work as a health teacher or a public educator.

Demand; There is no demand but their is a job growth by 13%.

Reflection: I would not like to be a wellness specialist because i don't want to become a teacher. An i would rather work in a hospital, than a school.

What this quote means is that good values is what you will always need and it is the best thing you will ever have. Good values is what makes you a good person like being responsible and kind. If you don’t have good values then you are just a really bad person because good values is what you need right now and every single day in your life. So don’t be a ctw person and not have good values, be a ctr person and have good values and follow them until it is your last second in your life.
